1. Payment are required upon filling-up the registration form together with a copy of deposit slip;

2. You may register and remit the corresponding fees through bank-to-bank payment or to PASWI National Office;

4. All check payments shall be payable to PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL WORKERS, INC.

5. NO second endorsement. NO post dated checks. NO PMO's, and NO personal checks shall be accepted;

6. Paid registration fee is transferable upon presentation of AUTHORITY of transfer and receipt;

7. Cancellation of registration on or before SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 is 50% refund; after NO Refund.

8. E-mail us a copy of your registration form together with your deposit slip.
