The Asia Pacific Seminar Registration Fees are inclusive of:

  1. The Seminar is on a pre-registration basis only. First 130 paid registrants will be issued their corresponding seats, No walk-ins. Registration will be closed once the 130 slots have been filled.

 

  1. Registration fees are inclusive of:

 

  • Accommodation based on room type and fee with breakfast

  • Conference Kit

  • Conference Meals

  • Transportation to and from Institutional Tour Site

  • Airport Transfer

  • Other Incidental expenses shall be borne by participant.

 

  1. Participants:    Arrival/Check-in: October 07, 2018 @ 5pm

                                Departure/Check Out: October 10, 2018 @4pm

BIENNIAL CONVENTION Registration Fees are inclusive of:

  1. Conference Kit

  2. Conference meals (daily Lunch; snacks (AM,PM)

Please TAKE NOTE:

 

  • A copy of your deposit slip MUST sent/attached together with your registration form.

  • Participants MUST use the on-line registration using the weblink: http://paswiconvention.wixsite.com/bc2018

  • Important:  On Site Registration for the Biennial Convention - Conference Kit will be on “first come first served” basis only.

 

  1. Attire:

  • Anniversary Night – October 10, 2018: Any simple Filipiniana Attire (Barong Tagalog, Muslim, Ethnic, etc). Venue: City Coliseum, Puerto Princesa City, October 10, 2018

  • Smart Casual/Business attire is a must while the conference is on going;

  • Wear your Convention ID at all times. Present Food  stub for meals.

 

  1. Accommodation Details:

The PASWI Palawan Chapter will assist you in arranging your accommodation upon request.

 

Policies On Registration

  1. For the seminar fee to be refunded, cancellation should be made on or before SEPTEMBER 21, 2018; 50% REFUND; CANCELLATION after SEPTEMBER 21, 2018: NO refund.

  2. Paid registration is transferable upon presentation of authority of transfer.

  3. Certificates will be given only to those who have actually attended the seminar.

  4. The materials for this seminar are protected.  Any form of audio, video or image recording of the seminar or PowerPoint slides used by the speaker is strictly prohibited.

  5. Only the handouts will be given by the speaker. He / she is not obliged to provide a copy of other training materials like the PowerPoint file.

  6. If the seminar is cancelled because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, PASWI will not refund the seminar fees paid by the participants / participating companies.

  7. Upon registration, your seat(s) will be reserved.

 

Other information:

  • No children will be allowed in the conference area.

  • Accompanying person/s will be charged accordingly in the conference area for food/snacks. No kit will be provided to the accompanying person.

Important:

 

Due to insistent demand of participants for higher number of CPD Units, Field visits were replaced by equally important topics dully accredited by PRC-PRB CPD Council thereby earning 29.5 units for this Convention.
